             When we are born we have a soft body glove.But as we grow older our skin becomes wrinkled and thin.The number of blood vessels and glands become dull and our youthful appearance gets lost.

                If we take care of our skin regularly.we shall be able to delay the process of aging.We can also avoid problems associated with skin. There are some ways which will definitely help us protect our skin to keep it glowing and healthy.we should avoid exposure to the sun. Because the ray of the sun cause dryness skin cancer,deep wrinkles and blisters. During the daytime between 10am to 4pm.We can avoid going out in the open sunlight.We can wear protective clothing to cover our skin.It is better if we use sunscreen before going out. Smoking is harmful to the skin.It is a cause for the decrease in blood vessels,narrowing of blood vessels. Those who smoke for many years will see their skin fast becoming wrinkle ridden and rough.We can use warm water for bathing,while bathing or washing do not use strong commercial soaps which may deprive oil of your skin. Apply moisturizer which is best suitable for your skin when you shave, don’t shave the dry skin. Apply shaving cream well before shaving and always use a sharp,clean razor.
